Overview of the MultiMail Interface and Setup

Basic Steps to Get Started
- Select the Recipients List
In the Optipe tab of Excel, select your sheet with emails and personalization fields (Name, City, etc.). - Define Sending and Reply Accounts
Choose which Outlook account sends the emails and where replies should go. - Add Files for All Messages
Attach common documents (instructions, logo, general PDF) that go to every recipient. - Delay Delivery of Messages
Schedule the exact sending time (even up to 30 days in advance). - Save Sending Definitions
Save the full configuration (message, fields, attachments) to reuse monthly for recurring sends. - Insert an Image in the Message Body
Add images (JPG/PNG) inline in the email body for logos or graphics.
