Basic Steps to Get Started

  1. Select the Recipients List
    In the Optipe tab of Excel, select your sheet with emails and personalization fields (Name, City, etc.).
  2. Define Sending and Reply Accounts
    Choose which Outlook account sends the emails and where replies should go.
  3. Add Files for All Messages
    Attach common documents (instructions, logo, general PDF) that go to every recipient.
  4. Delay Delivery of Messages
    Schedule the exact sending time (even up to 30 days in advance).
  5. Save Sending Definitions
    Save the full configuration (message, fields, attachments) to reuse monthly for recurring sends.
  6. Insert an Image in the Message Body
    Add images (JPG/PNG) inline in the email body for logos or graphics.

  • Customize with fields like name, gender or pronouns ({He/She}).
  • Hide rows to exclude recipients automatically.
